Performance and Riding Characteristics
The lightweight frame, direct power transfer without belts or gears, and peak power of up to 20 kW give the XE PRO S instant throttle response. The motorcycle feels stable yet agile, making it ideal for trails, MX training, and fast off-road commutes.
The real maximum speed in off-road settings is above 100 km/h. Thanks to its high torque, acceleration is very aggressive, and the motorcycle has enough power even on steep climbs or technical sections.
Battery, Range and Recuperation
The integrated 72 V / 55 Ah or 74 V / 60 Ah battery with a capacity of approximately 3.96 kWh / 4.44 kWh is among the largest in the compact electric enduro class. In constant speed mode of 50 km/h, the model can achieve a range of up to 135–160 km, always depending on riding style, track profile, temperature, and chosen settings.
Adjustable recuperation helps extend range and saves brakes on descents. The rider can adjust the motorcycle's behavior to suit technical terrain, fast tracks, or a more relaxed ride.
Chassis and Components
Suspension consists of a KKE 37 mm front fork with approximately 200 mm travel and a fully adjustable multi-link rear shock absorber with approximately 210 mm travel. Compression, rebound, and preload adjustments allow the motorcycle to be customized to rider weight, riding style, and track characteristics.
Braking is handled by 220 mm discs front and rear with four-piston calipers. Standard wheels are 19" front and 18" rear. The geometry is tuned for confidence at higher speeds and precise control in technical sections.
Smart Modes and Accessories
Using the TFT display with NFC and the accompanying mobile application, throttle response, power maps, and recuperation levels can be fine-tuned. This allows the motorcycle to suit both beginners and experienced riders looking for maximum control and precise adjustment of riding characteristics.
Driving License, Homologation and Operation
The homologated L1e-B version is set at the time of sale for operation on public roads within the European Union, meaning a speed limit of 45 km/h and power of 4 kW. In this setting, it meets the conditions of the L1e-B category and can be driven with a category AM, B driving license or their equivalent according to the valid regulations of the given European Union member state.
Technically, the motorcycle can be unlocked for full power up to 20 kW and a maximum speed of +100 km/h for use off public roads, such as on a closed MX track, race track, or private area. However, in fully unlocked mode, the motorcycle is not intended, approved, or permitted for operation on public roads.
If the motorcycle is to be operated on public roads again after use in unlocked mode, its power and maximum speed must be permanently limited again to values corresponding to the homologated L1e-B version before re-operation.
